We have known for 3,000 years that acupressure has a very positive effect on the body. It promotes natural self-healing.
The Berlin acupressure headband is a perfect home treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine. It uses its acupressure tips to stimulate the pressure points on the forehead, temples or back of the head. The body reacts by releasing endorphins and specifically improves blood circulation in the regions. This will now be able to combat the pain itself.
Depending on the type of headache, the acupressure flowers should either rest on the forehead/temples (back closure) or in the neck/head transition (front closure). The intensity of the stimulation can be additionally controlled using the Velcro fastener.
Acupressure also has a positive effect on sleep quality and counteracts inner restlessness and stress.

Made from hypoallergenic HIPS rubber (also used in children's toys), the acupressure rosettes are modeled on flower petals. The individual tips were specifically placed in such a way that they have an advantage over standard rosettes in terms of effectiveness, feel and durability.
Our dirt-repellent linen-cotton mix is filled with recycled cotton wool. This combination ensures a comfortable fit.
Compared to most other acupressure manufacturers, our products are free of adhesives - the flowers are fixed using a special heat pressing process.
We deliver the headband in a sustainable linen bag in which the aid can be stored and easily taken with you when traveling.
Please note that the massage effect on the scalp is quite intense and therefore not suitable for everyone. As a rule, however, a pricking sensation from the acupressure flowers that is initially perceived as unpleasant is normal and goes away over the course of the application.

Our standard rosettes are mid-range in terms of intensity and are therefore perfect for acupressure beginners. If you like it more intense, our INTENSE EDITION is the perfect choice.
Yes, all of our products have removable and washable covers. We recommend hand washing (lukewarm with mild detergent) and then line drying. Do not put it in the washing machine as the acupressure rosettes could be damaged.
