Autogenic training is a proven technique that aims to achieve a state of physical and mental detachment through concentrated self-suggestions. This technique can also support behavioral changes.
The course uses texts for self-study and audio files that guide you through the autogenic training. This allows you to perform the exercises flexibly and independently of time and place within 8 weeks.

Right of withdrawal for digital content
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that the execution of the digital content has not yet begun.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you have expressly agreed that we begin with the execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have simultaneously confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent.
Note: The online course "Autogenic Training" will be activated immediately after the purchase process is completed. If you have agreed to immediate execution and the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal during the ordering process, there is no longer a right of withdrawal for this course.
Right of withdrawal for physical goods (free acupressure mat)
The acupressure mat is a free addition to the digital product. There is no independent right of withdrawal for this addition if the contract for the digital content has been validly and definitively executed with your consent.
Should you, exceptionally, exercise a right of withdrawal (e.g., if the product key has not yet been sent and the course has therefore not yet been activated), the free addition (acupressure mat) must also be returned (at your own expense), provided it has already been shipped.

Our partner's courses are designed so that you can take them comfortably from home or on the go. Over 8 weeks, more and more units will be unlocked for you. This ensures that you only do the exercises that will help you. If you have any questions, you can always contact our partner's certified trainers.
The amount of reimbursement depends on your health insurance provider. Statutory health insurance providers will reimburse 80-100% of the course fee for usually 2 prevention courses per year. Use our calculator or ask your health insurance provider in advance how much the reimbursement will be. Use the provided course ID for this. You can find it below the reimbursement calculator.
Your health insurance fund has a strong interest in you staying healthy. That's why statutory health insurance providers support certified prevention courses that help you stay healthy. Our partner's course offerings are certified by the Central Prevention Accreditation Center (ZPP) and recognized by all statutory health insurance funds. This means that after successfully completing the course, you will easily receive your subsidy back from your health insurance. Simply submit your certificate of participation to your health insurance fund. Very simple and no prior application required.
No problem! You can complete the course units at your own pace. You have 12 weeks to complete all units, so it's not a problem if something comes up. If you have any further issues, simply contact the course provider at service@thepalia.de. They will find a solution with you.
It's very simple and no prior application is needed! After completing the course, the course provider will issue you an official certificate of participation. You then submit this to your health insurance company. Your health insurance company may also require a receipt for the course fee. That's it! Of course, the course provider will help you with every single step.
Any healthy adult can participate in our courses. As long as you do not have a severe mental illness requiring treatment, such as depression, severe/acute psychoses, or psychosomatic disorders like cardiovascular problems, and have not been undergoing psychotherapy currently (or in the last 6 months), you can participate. In the aforementioned cases, participation is possible in consultation with your doctor.
